Train and Play field
  • The Landowner allows the hirer to use the land (Train and Play field) at Centre Paws Norfolk, Barnards Farm, Barnham Broom Road, Wymondham in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  • This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the licensee accepts that the Landowner maintains control and possession of the field at all times.

  • Use of the Field shall be entirely at the hirer’s own risk. The Landowner and booking officer accept no liability for the death of or injury to any person/dog or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred by the hirer during the use of the field.

  • The Field is to be used as an area for the hirer to train or exercise their own dogs, or for fully insured and qualified trainers or dog walkers to exercise other people's dogs under their own agreement. Please ensure it is suitable before booking. ALL DOGS MUST HAVE HAD THEIR FIRST VACCINATIONS.

  •  Field hire is charged by the hour or half hour.

  •  Payment of the full fee is required when booking and is non-refundable unless the hire is cancelled within 48 hours of the allotted date and time. No booking will be valid without payment. Payment can be made by credit card or debit card through this website or we will accept cash or card payment at the cafe on the day by arrangement with the owners.

  • During the use and upon leaving the land the hirer is to ensure the land is left in a clean and tidy condition. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG and place in the bins provided or take it home with you. Please take any toys and litter with you - these can be harmful to other dogs/wildlife. Make sure you close the gates and lock up securely when you leave.

  • DO NOT ENTER THE FIELD OR WAIT BY THE GATE UNTIL THE PREVIOUS USER IS READY TO LEAVE AND THEIR DOGS ARE UNDER CONTROL.  We ask that if you arrive early you park in the car park and wait until your time.

  • The hirer is not to carry out any alterations to the land. The use of portable and/or disposable BBQs is not permitted.

  • Please arrive and leave on time so as not to encroach on others' allotted hour.
